背景与使命

背景

器官移植机构合作专家委员会(SP-CTO)在1987年巴黎第三次欧洲卫生部长会议之后成立，宗旨是建立符合伦理、有组织地、合法的器官移植工作。会议认为，器官移植工作的有组织性尤其重要，以便满足器官紧缺情况，因此需要欧洲各国合作，以保证有效地进行组织。

委员会工作的指导原则是：
－保证人类尊严
－维护和进一步实现人权和人类基本自由
－人体物质非商业化
－保护捐赠者与受让者

我们的使命

委员会重点建立和促进器官捐赠非商业化，加强措施，避免器官走私，从而在器官移植领域建立高度符合伦理、优质和安全的标准。
